NSCCHS OOC December 08 Newsletter SWAHS OOC October 08 Newsletter SWAHS Breakfast Forum hosted by Dr Russell Carrington |
Science and Innovation Policies Federal and State Science, Technology and Innovation policies affect the way in which the Office of Commercialisation (OoC) interacts with its stakeholders, and thus the OoC takes an influencing stance and is very active in working with government on these policies. To date, the OoC has put in submissions for policy review and change to Australian Federal and NSW State and Local government. In addition, the OoC is intimately involved in the development of internal IP management policies within the Area Health Services in which it operates. It is these policies that form the framework for IP Management including commercialisation. At this stage, these policies are internal documents owned by the respective Area Health Services and therefore cannot be published but they include the following:
• IP Policy
• IP Sharing Policy
• Prior Disclosure Policy
• IP Ownership and Revenue Sharing Policy |
